I am grateful that I found a cheap textbook, but the only reason I give it a four is because the initial link was broken. Fortunately, I contacted them and they got back to me right away with a new link that worked.
After having finished two chapters, I find the text to be of excellent content and structure-- much better than the online "free" tutorials.
I am looking forward to completing the first 10 chapters. It will take quite a while to finish the whole compendium. EXCELLENT so far ... .
